Terms of Service

By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Cork Plumber provides professional plumbing services in Cork city and county. All work is carried out by RGI-registered engineers. We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our scope or poses safety concerns.

2. Bookings and Deposits

• Online bookings require a deposit payment to confirm your slot.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to attend.
• The balance is due upon completion of the work.
• Emergency call-outs require full payment on the day.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: deposit refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: deposit is forfeited.
• We will always try to reschedule if possible.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee all workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

5. Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices (call-out + basic labour). Additional materials, unforeseen complications, or extended work hours may incur additional charges, which will always be agreed with you before proceeding.

6. Liability

Cork Plumber is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

7. Payment

We accept card payments online via Stripe, and cash or card on-site. All payments are in Euro (€).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
